Trauma is a bad experience caused by people or natural calamity which is painful to those involved in either at psycho-social or spiritual level.

1. Mary was 12 years old when raped by her own father. She became pregnant and gave birth to John. She is ashamed and frustrated to tell her son how they share a father.
2. Peter and Dorcas lived in Budalangi area. One evening they were coming from school and found that their house is no longer there including their old grandmother who took them in after the death of their parents 6 months ago. The house and the grandmother had been swept away by the floods.
Trauma healing is a process where the affected person through a practical guide learns to cope with the situation and seeing with new eyes.
